An important message for Nissan Finance customers regarding COVID-19
As you will be aware, the COVID-19 outbreak is changing the way we all work in the UK. Nissan Finance has well-established and thorough contingency plans to allow us to continue serving our customers in such scenarios.
This includes our staff working from home. Rest assured, our staff will be fully equipped to deal with any queries you may have and will adhere to the same high standards of customer service and security, regardless of where they’re based.
We anticipate over the next few weeks/months there will be a high volume of customers that require our assistance through these uncertain times. For the time being, we are kindly asking you to refer to our FAQs and check your Customer Portal for general enquiries, with customers self-serving, this will help ensure that our staff are able to help the most vulnerable at this time.
If you do need our support, we’d be grateful if you could contact us no sooner than 6 days before your monthly rental, this way we are able to help those who require our support at the right time.
